Because I am finding it harder and harder to keep up with all the projects I have going on, my new responsive teacher who teaches illustration advised me to make a schedule in order to see where my time is going and where I can put more of it. She advised me to try and put responsive around all my other projects, and make sure OUAN504 is kept a priority, but don't let responsive wander off, still try and make time for it.
Therefore I made this schedule. I started off by noting down all my classes because they are what take up most of my time, and then I highlighted the times in yellow that I am available to do my work outside of university. After seeing the hours free, I then pinned in what subjects I will be doing on the specific days and the specific hours. This I did through colour coding. Pink is most apparent because that is my OUAN504 module that is due in two weeks time, therefore I am trying to put as much effort as I can into that. I then tried to pin in subjects that I have class for on the same day, so that the information is fresh in my mind. Of course I can't do this for responsive because we are in till 6:30pm, and I catch the train home therefore I have decided to focus my weekends on this module.
Now that I have a schedule I feel a bit more disciplined with myself because I know where my time is going and therefore I can feel more productive. Once OUAN504 is finished with, I will have more time for responsive and less of a struggle to keep up with it!
