Before we broke up for the Easter holidays, I decided to collect some audio from the BBC Sound FX audio Library because I knew that I wanted some realistic animal sounds over my animation. Although I took loads I didn't really need that much. I ended up using a few seconds of a hen making noise, an owl hooting and some waves.
In addition to this, the backing track sort of just fell into my hands. I had been listening to this particular song on my iTunes when I was watching my final animated piece back and I thought it was a perfect match! I obviously didn't want any words in it, so I looked on 'Youtube' for the instrumental version, liked it just as much, and then added that to the clips when in editing. The song is 'One Last Night' by Vaults.
