Storyboarding 2

The first half of my storyboard.

After experimenting with my nursery rhyme on post in notes via paper editing, I put my ideas onto an actual storyboard template. Being able to visualise a good few sequences on one large scaled paper allowed me to see even further changes I could make, but also allowed me to see my story come to to life on paper. After having much difficulty with the paper editing and not being happy with how my story was flowing or how flat my images were looking, seeing all my shots and sequences together has made me pleased that I was actually able to accomplish it.

I still kept my images simplistic and minimal, because it is a storyboard not a portrait drawing, and even though I found this hard because everything seemed to look unfinished to me, I am glad I kept with it. I am excited to scan my images into photoshop however, to clean them up a bit and make them look sharper. I am also excited to give them more dimension, but keep the overall style of them the same.
